It's soup season, guys, and I'm not mad about it. 

Tuesday morning I decided to make some Zuppa Toscana I had pinned! It is soooooo yummy and the perfect amount of comfort food mixed with a little bit of healthy bits to keep us honest.

I made a few changes, using up the red potatoes I had left over instead of yellow and I doubt the sausage and bacon I used was "whole 30 compliant", but close enough in my book. I think the recipe took me an hour total! I need quick things to throw in a pot since my little miss P has been sick and teething. A lethal combination, let me tell you.
